Customising Your Teacher Profile

Your teacher profile contains the information that parents and students see about you. Keeping it up to date helps build trust and ensures parents have the right details.

What your profile includes

Your profile displays the following information:

• Name — Your full name as it appears to parents.
• Email — Your login email (read-only, managed by your login provider).
• Bio — A short description of your teaching background and approach.
• Instruments taught — The instruments you offer lessons for.

Updating your profile

Hub

1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
2. Select the Profile tab.
3. Update any fields you want to change.
4. Click Save Changes.

Mobile

1. Tap the menu icon and select Profile.
2. Tap the field you want to edit.
3. Make your changes and tap Save.

Adding instruments taught

The instruments listed on your profile determine what appears in dropdown menus when you add students or create lessons.

1. On your profile page, find the Instruments You Teach section.
2. Click Select instruments (or Edit if you already have instruments selected).
3. In the dialog, tick the instruments you teach — they are grouped by family.
4. Click Save in the dialog, then click Save Changes on the profile page.

Note

Instruments you add here become available across your entire studio. You can assign any of them to students and lessons.
