Student Profile and Details
Every student in Clefora has a profile page that brings together all their information in one place. Use it to review lesson history, track progress, and plan ahead.
Accessing a student profile
Section titled “Accessing a student profile”Go to Students in the sidebar and click a student’s name to open their profile.
Tap the Students tab and tap a student’s name.
Profile layout
Section titled “Profile layout”The student profile uses a card-based layout organised into three columns:
Header
Section titled “Header”A full-width header card showing the student’s name, instrument, level, enrollment date, lesson count, and attendance rate. Action buttons including Edit Profile, Invite Parent (or Message Parent), and Archive are displayed here.
Left sidebar
Section titled “Left sidebar”- Contact Details — Parent connection status and contact information.
- Quick Notes — A scratchpad for notes about the student.
Main content
Section titled “Main content”- Lesson Schedule — Recurring schedule and recent lessons. Click a lesson to view its full details.
- Curriculum Goals — Active curriculum and goal tracking.
- Weekly Practice Target — Current practice goals. Parents can see active goals from their account.
- Practice Log — Recent practice activity.
- Upcoming Exams — Any exam entries for the student, including the exam board, grade level, date, and result.
- Lesson History — A chronological list of past lessons with date, time, and attendance status.
Right sidebar
Section titled “Right sidebar”- Billing Summary — Billing configuration, recent invoices, and outstanding balance.
Editing student details
Section titled “Editing student details”To update a student’s name, instrument, or other details:
- Open the student’s profile.
- Click Edit Profile in the header.
- Make your changes and click Save Changes.
