Managing Student Instruments

Each student in Clefora has a single instrument assignment. This keeps lessons, repertoire, and progress organised for that instrument.

Assigning an instrument

You can set a student’s instrument when you first add them, or update it later from their profile.

  1. Open the student’s profile from Students.
  2. Click Edit Profile in the header.
  3. Select an instrument from the Instrument field.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Changing a student’s instrument

To change a student’s instrument:

  1. Open the student’s profile and click Edit Profile.
  2. Select a different instrument from the Instrument field.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Available instruments

The instruments available for selection come from your teacher profile. If you need to add a new instrument to the list, update your profile first.
