Disenrolling a Student
When a student leaves your studio, you can disenrol them in Clefora. Disenrolling is a status change that marks the enrolment as ended, while preserving the student’s full record.
Before you disenrol
Section titled “Before you disenrol”Before disenrolling a student, check the following:
- Outstanding invoices — Review the student’s billing tab for any unpaid invoices.
- Exam entries — Any open exam entries remain on record but will no longer be actively tracked.
