Subscription Management

Clefora has three tiers — Free, Standard, and Premium. New accounts start with a 30-day Premium trial. You can manage your subscription from the Hub.

  1. Open the Hub and navigate to Settings → Payments.
  2. Your current plan is displayed, along with:
    • The tier (Free, Standard, or Premium).
    • Your billing cycle (monthly or annual, if subscribed).
    • The next billing date and amount (if subscribed).

  1. Go to Settings → Payments.
  2. Click Upgrade.
  3. Choose Standard or Premium.
  4. Complete the checkout via Stripe.

Your upgrade takes effect immediately.

  1. Go to Settings → Payments.
  2. Click Change plan and select the lower tier.
  3. Confirm the downgrade.

The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain your current tier’s features until then.

Your billing history shows all past subscription payments:

  1. Go to Settings → Payments.
  2. Scroll to the Billing history section.
  3. Each entry shows the date, amount, and payment status.
  4. Click any entry to download a receipt for your records.

If you need to cancel your Clefora subscription:

  1. Go to Settings → Payments.
  2. Click Cancel subscription.
  3. You are asked why you are leaving (optional feedback).
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier (1 active student, read-only access to others).

If you cancelled and want to come back:

  1. Log in to the Hub.
  2. Go to Settings → Payments.
  3. Select your plan (Standard or Premium) and confirm payment.
  4. Your full access is restored immediately.
