Profile Settings

Your profile settings let you manage how you appear to parents in Clefora. The Settings page is organised into tabs: Profile, Venues, Notifications, Calendar, and Payments.

Updating your profile

Section titled “Updating your profile”
  1. Open the Hub and click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. On the Profile tab, you can update:
    • Name — The display name parents see when you message them or appear on invoices.
    • Email address — Read-only; managed by your login provider.
    • Bio (optional) — A short description of your teaching background and specialities.
    • Instruments you teach — Select the instruments you teach from the instrument picker.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Notification preferences

Section titled “Notification preferences”

Your notification preferences control how you are alerted to new messages, lesson reminders, payments, and other events. For a detailed guide, see Notification preferences.
