Notification Preferences
Clefora can notify you about important events through in-app notifications, push notifications on your mobile device, and email. You control which events trigger notifications, so you only receive alerts that matter to you.
Notification channels
Section titled “Notification channels”Clefora supports three notification channels:
- In-app notifications — Appear in the notification bell inside the Hub and mobile app.
- Push notifications — Instant alerts on your phone or tablet via the mobile app.
- Email notifications — Messages sent to your registered email address.
You can enable or disable each channel independently for every event category.
Configurable events
Section titled “Configurable events”You can configure notifications for the following events:

Updating your preferences
Section titled “Updating your preferences”- Open the Hub and navigate to Settings > Notifications.
- For each category, toggle In-app, Push, and Email on or off.
- Click Save.
- Open the mobile app and go to Settings > Notifications.
- Toggle each category on or off. Push notification settings apply to your current device.
- Tap Save.
Quiet hours
Section titled “Quiet hours”If you do not want to receive push notifications outside of teaching hours, you can set quiet hours:
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Enable Quiet hours.
- Set your preferred start time and end time (e.g., 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
During quiet hours, push notifications are silenced. You still receive them when quiet hours end, and email notifications are unaffected.
