Notification Preferences

Clefora can notify you about important events through in-app notifications, push notifications on your mobile device, and email. You control which events trigger notifications, so you only receive alerts that matter to you.

Clefora supports three notification channels:

  • In-app notifications — Appear in the notification bell inside the Hub and mobile app.
  • Push notifications — Instant alerts on your phone or tablet via the mobile app.
  • Email notifications — Messages sent to your registered email address.

You can enable or disable each channel independently for every event category.

You can configure notifications for the following events:

  1. Open the Hub and navigate to Settings > Notifications.
  2. For each category, toggle In-app, Push, and Email on or off.
  3. Click Save.

If you do not want to receive push notifications outside of teaching hours, you can set quiet hours:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  2. Enable Quiet hours.
  3. Set your preferred start time and end time (e.g., 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

During quiet hours, push notifications are silenced. You still receive them when quiet hours end, and email notifications are unaffected.
