Teacher Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Clefora. It gives you a snapshot of your teaching day and studio at a glance, so you can jump straight into what matters most.
Dashboard cards
Section titled “Dashboard cards”The dashboard displays a set of cards that summarise your studio activity:
- Upcoming lessons — Your next lessons for today and tomorrow, showing the student name, instrument, time, and venue.
- Recent activity — A feed of recent events such as completed lessons, new parent connections, and intake form submissions.
- Student count — The total number of active students in your studio.
- Unread messages — A count of messages from parents that you have not yet read, with a link to your inbox.
- Pending invoices — The number of invoices that are awaiting payment, along with the total outstanding amount.
Hub vs. Mobile
Section titled “Hub vs. Mobile”On the Hub, all dashboard cards are displayed in a grid layout. You can see the full recent activity feed and click any card to navigate to the relevant section.
On the mobile app, the dashboard uses a scrollable card layout optimised for smaller screens. Tap any card to open the full view.
Quick actions
Section titled “Quick actions”At the top of the dashboard, you find quick-action buttons that let you perform common tasks without navigating away:
- Add student — Open the new student form.
- Create lesson — Schedule a lesson for any student.
- Send message — Start a new conversation with a parent.
Refreshing data
Section titled “Refreshing data”Clefora updates your dashboard in real time. When a parent sends you a message or a new intake form submission comes in, the relevant card updates automatically — there is no need to refresh the page.
