Rescheduling and Cancelling Lessons

Plans change. Clefora makes it straightforward to reschedule or cancel a lesson. Connected parents are automatically notified about changes.

Rescheduling a lesson

Drag and drop a lesson to a new time slot in the weekly calendar view. Clefora shows a preview as you drag and confirms the move with an undo option.

  1. Open Calendar in the weekly view.
  2. Click and drag the lesson block to the desired new time slot.
  3. Release to confirm the move. A toast notification appears with an Undo button (available for a few seconds).

Cancelling a lesson

  1. Click the lesson on your calendar to open the lesson detail modal.
  2. Click the more options menu (three dots).
  3. Select Cancel Lesson.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

Parent notifications

When a lesson is rescheduled or cancelled, Clefora automatically notifies the connected parent via a push notification and an in-app message. The notification includes:

  • The student name.
  • The original date and time.
  • The new date and time (for reschedules) or a cancellation notice.
