Calendar Overview and Views
The Clefora calendar is where you see your entire teaching schedule. It supports weekly and monthly views, colour-codes lessons by student for easy scanning, and highlights today so you always know where you are.
Calendar views
Section titled “Calendar views”The Hub calendar offers two views, toggled using the buttons in the top-right corner:
- Weekly view — Shows one week at a time with time slots along the left side. Lessons appear as blocks at their scheduled time.
- Monthly view — Shows the full month in a grid. Each day cell lists the lessons scheduled for that date.
The mobile app shows a weekly view with day columns. Swipe left or right to navigate between weeks.
Colour coding
Section titled “Colour coding”Lessons are colour-coded by student, making it easy to distinguish between students at a glance. Each student is automatically assigned a colour based on their name.
Today indicator
Section titled “Today indicator”The current day is highlighted on the calendar with a distinct background colour and a “Today” label. In weekly view, the current time is shown as a horizontal line so you can see where you are in your schedule.
