Logging practice

The Practice screen is your home screen in Clefora. It shows active practice goals from your most recent completed lesson with each teacher, and lets you log how many minutes you practised.

Your teacher sets practice goals when they complete a lesson. Goals from the most recent completed lesson for each teacher are shown on your Practice screen, grouped by teacher and instrument.

Once a goal is marked as complete by your teacher, it no longer appears on this screen.

  1. Go to the Practice page.
  2. Find the goal you practised.
  3. Enter the number of minutes in the Minutes field.
  4. Optionally add a note about what you worked on.
  5. Click Log.

A success message confirms the entry was saved.

Each practice entry includes:

  • Date — Automatically set to today’s date.
  • Duration — The number of minutes you practised (1 to 480 minutes).
  • Notes — Optional notes about the session (Hub only).

Your logged practice is visible to:

  • Your teacher — They see your practice entries before the next lesson to plan what to cover.
  • Your parent — They can view your practice history on your profile.

On the Hub, a Practice Summary card at the top of the page will show your weekly practice statistics (coming soon).
