Your linked children
Your Clefora parent account is linked to one or more children. Each link is created when a teacher generates an invite code for you and you enter it in Clefora.
Viewing your linked children
Section titled “Viewing your linked children”All your linked children are visible on the Musicians page in the Hub sidebar, or on the Home tab of the mobile app. Each child shows:
- Child’s name — The name as recorded by the teacher.
- Teacher — The teacher who created the link.
- Instrument — The instrument the child studies with that teacher.
Adding a new child
Section titled “Adding a new child”When a teacher wants to connect you to another child:
- The teacher generates a new invite code for the student.
- They share the code with you.
- You enter the code in the Clefora app or Hub.
- The new child appears in your linked children automatically.
If you are already signed in to Clefora when you enter a new code, the child appears immediately — no need to sign out and back in.
Children you cannot remove
Section titled “Children you cannot remove”You cannot remove a child from your account yourself. The link between your account and a child is managed by the teacher. If a teacher relationship ends, the teacher removes the connection on their side and the child no longer appears in your account.
If you believe a child is linked to your account incorrectly, contact the relevant teacher to have them update the connection.
