Viewing lesson schedule
Clefora shows you your child’s full lesson schedule so you always know when and where the next lesson is. You can view upcoming lessons, check past lesson history, and see details for each lesson.
Lesson details
Section titled “Lesson details”Each lesson entry includes:
- Date and time — When the lesson is scheduled.
- Duration — How long the lesson lasts.
- Instrument — The instrument for the lesson.
- Venue — Where the lesson takes place, such as the teacher’s studio, your home, or online.
- Teacher — The name of the teacher, useful when your child has multiple teachers.
Viewing your schedule
Section titled “Viewing your schedule”- Select Musicians in the sidebar.
- Click your child’s name.
- Open the Lessons section to see upcoming lessons.
The calendar view shows lessons for the current term. Click any lesson to see its full details. Past lessons are also visible and link to their digests if available.
- Tap your child’s name on the Home tab.
- Go to the Lessons tab to see upcoming lessons in a list view.
Tap any lesson to see its full details or to view the lesson digest.
Upcoming vs. past lessons
Section titled “Upcoming vs. past lessons”- Upcoming lessons appear at the top of the schedule with the next lesson highlighted.
- Past lessons are listed below in reverse chronological order. If the teacher has sent a digest for a past lesson, you can tap or click it to read the summary.
Multiple children
Section titled “Multiple children”If you have multiple children, each child has their own schedule. Switch between children from the Musicians list on the Hub, or tap a different child on the Home tab on mobile.
Schedule changes
Section titled “Schedule changes”Teachers manage the lesson schedule. If a lesson is rescheduled or cancelled, the change appears in your schedule automatically and you receive a notification.
