Viewing your child's profile

Each of your children has a profile in Clefora that their teacher manages. You can view your child’s details, current instrument, teacher information, and a complete lesson history from one central place.

A child’s profile includes:

  • Name and details — Your child’s name and any additional information the teacher has recorded.
  • Instrument — The instrument your child is currently learning.
  • Teacher — The name of the teacher linked to your child.
  • Lesson history — A chronological list of past lessons with dates and brief summaries.
  • Current practice goals — Active goals set by the teacher for the upcoming week.
  1. Select Musicians in the sidebar.
  2. Click on your child’s name from the list.
  3. The profile page opens with all details and lesson history.

The lesson history section shows every lesson your child has had, ordered from most recent to oldest. Each entry displays the lesson date, instrument, and a short summary if the teacher has written one. Tap or click a lesson to view the full lesson digest.

As a parent, you can view your child’s profile but cannot edit it. The teacher manages all student details, including name, instrument, and lesson records. If any information is incorrect, message your teacher directly from Clefora to request a change.
