Viewing your child's profile
Each of your children has a profile in Clefora that their teacher manages. You can view your child’s details, current instrument, teacher information, and a complete lesson history from one central place.
What you see on the profile
Section titled “What you see on the profile”A child’s profile includes:
- Name and details — Your child’s name and any additional information the teacher has recorded.
- Instrument — The instrument your child is currently learning.
- Teacher — The name of the teacher linked to your child.
- Lesson history — A chronological list of past lessons with dates and brief summaries.
- Current practice goals — Active goals set by the teacher for the upcoming week.
Viewing a profile
Section titled “Viewing a profile”- Select Musicians in the sidebar.
- Click on your child’s name from the list.
- The profile page opens with all details and lesson history.
- Tap your child’s card on the Home tab.
- Tap your child’s name from the list.
- The profile screen opens with all details and lesson history.
Lesson history
Section titled “Lesson history”The lesson history section shows every lesson your child has had, ordered from most recent to oldest. Each entry displays the lesson date, instrument, and a short summary if the teacher has written one. Tap or click a lesson to view the full lesson digest.
Information you cannot edit
Section titled “Information you cannot edit”As a parent, you can view your child’s profile but cannot edit it. The teacher manages all student details, including name, instrument, and lesson records. If any information is incorrect, message your teacher directly from Clefora to request a change.
