Managing multiple children
If you have more than one child taking music lessons, Clefora links all of them to your single parent account. Each child may have a different teacher, instrument, or schedule, and you can view everything from one place.
Switching between children
Section titled “Switching between children”- Select Musicians in the sidebar.
- You see a list of all your children.
- Click a child’s name to view their profile, lessons, and practice goals.
Your dashboard shows overview cards for every child at once, so you can compare upcoming lessons and recent activity across all of them.
- Tap a child’s card on the Home tab.
- You see a list of all your children.
- Tap a child’s name to view their profile, lessons, and practice goals.
On the mobile dashboard, scroll through the children overview cards to see each child’s upcoming lessons and recent goals.
Different teachers
Section titled “Different teachers”Each child can be linked to a different teacher. When a teacher invites you, they connect your account to a specific child. If your children have separate teachers, you receive digests, invoices, and messages from each teacher independently.
Adding a new child
Section titled “Adding a new child”You cannot add a child yourself. When a teacher adds a new student and links you as the parent, the child appears in your account automatically. If you have a new child starting lessons, ask their teacher to send you an invitation.
Billing across children
Section titled “Billing across children”If your children have different teachers, each teacher manages their own invoices. You may receive separate invoices from each teacher. See Viewing and paying invoices for details.
