Viewing and paying invoices

Teachers send invoices through Clefora for your child’s lessons. You can view invoice details, review line items, and pay securely online.

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice number and date — A unique reference and the date it was issued.
  • Teacher name — The teacher who issued the invoice.
  • Student name — The child the invoice relates to.
  • Line items — A breakdown of charges, such as individual lessons or a term of lessons.
  • Total amount — The total due.
  • Status — Unpaid, paid, or overdue.
  1. Select Musicians in the sidebar.
  2. Click your child’s name.
  3. View the invoices on their profile.

You see a list of all invoices for that child, with the most recent at the top. Click any invoice to view the full details.

  1. Open the unpaid invoice.
  2. Click or tap Pay Now.
  3. You are taken to a secure Stripe checkout page.
  4. Enter your card details or use a saved payment method.
  5. Confirm the payment.

Once payment is complete, the invoice status updates to Paid and both you and the teacher receive a confirmation.

If an invoice passes its due date without payment, it is marked as Overdue. You can still pay overdue invoices using the same process. If you have questions about a charge, message your teacher directly.
