Viewing and paying invoices
Teachers send invoices through Clefora for your child’s lessons. You can view invoice details, review line items, and pay securely online.
What an invoice includes
Section titled “What an invoice includes”Each invoice shows:
- Invoice number and date — A unique reference and the date it was issued.
- Teacher name — The teacher who issued the invoice.
- Student name — The child the invoice relates to.
- Line items — A breakdown of charges, such as individual lessons or a term of lessons.
- Total amount — The total due.
- Status — Unpaid, paid, or overdue.
Viewing invoices
Section titled “Viewing invoices”- Select Musicians in the sidebar.
- Click your child’s name.
- View the invoices on their profile.
You see a list of all invoices for that child, with the most recent at the top. Click any invoice to view the full details.
- Tap your child’s name on the Home tab.
- View the invoices on their profile.
Tap any invoice to view its details and payment options.
Paying an invoice
Section titled “Paying an invoice”- Open the unpaid invoice.
- Click or tap Pay Now.
- You are taken to a secure Stripe checkout page.
- Enter your card details or use a saved payment method.
- Confirm the payment.
Once payment is complete, the invoice status updates to Paid and both you and the teacher receive a confirmation.
Overdue invoices
Section titled “Overdue invoices”If an invoice passes its due date without payment, it is marked as Overdue. You can still pay overdue invoices using the same process. If you have questions about a charge, message your teacher directly.
