Paying invoices

Clefora uses Stripe to process payments securely. When your child’s teacher sends an invoice, you pay it through a secure checkout page — no need to save card details in advance.

  1. You receive a notification (email and/or push) when a new invoice is available.
  2. Click the payment link in the notification or email.
  3. You are taken to a secure Stripe checkout page.
  4. Enter your card details (credit or debit card).
  5. Complete the payment.

A receipt is emailed to you automatically after payment.

After paying an invoice, receipts are available via the confirmation email from Stripe. You can also ask your teacher to provide invoice details if needed.

Stripe supports major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region.

Can I save my card for future payments? Stripe may offer to save your payment method during checkout if the teacher has enabled this option. This is managed by Stripe, not by Clefora.

Can I pay partial amounts? No. Invoices must be paid in full. If you need to discuss a payment plan, message your teacher directly.

How do refunds work? If your teacher issues a refund, it is processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear.
