View Your Child's Weekly Progress

After each lesson, your child’s teacher updates Clefora with what was covered, how your child is progressing, and what to practise before the next lesson. Here’s how to find and use all of that information.

  1. Open your parent dashboard

Sign in at clefora.app and you land on your parent dashboard. If you have multiple children, select the child you want to review from the top of the page.

The dashboard shows a snapshot: the most recent lesson digest, upcoming lessons, and any outstanding invoices.

  2. Review the lesson digest

Each completed lesson has a digest — a summary written by the teacher. To see it, select the lesson from the dashboard or go to Lessons and tap on a specific date. The digest typically includes:

    • What was covered in the lesson
    • How your child performed
    • Any new pieces or exercises introduced
  3. See practice goals

Below the lesson digest, you find the Practice Goals for the week. These are specific tasks the teacher has set for your child to work on before the next lesson. Examples include:

    • “Practise the C major scale hands together, slowly”
    • “Play Piece 2 from bar 16 to the end, three times daily”
    • “Clap through the rhythm of the new sight-reading exercise”
  4. View skill progress

Go to Progress to see how your child’s skills are developing over time. This view shows:

    • Overall progress trends
    • Exam readiness (if your child is preparing for an exam)
    • Repertoire — pieces your child is learning or has completed
    • Attendance and lesson history
  5. Check upcoming lessons

The Calendar section shows upcoming lesson dates and times. If a lesson has been cancelled or rescheduled, you see the updated status here.

  • Notifications: Turn on push notifications in the mobile app to get alerts when a new lesson digest is available or practice goals are updated.
  • Messages: If you have a question about your child’s progress, use the Messages feature to contact the teacher directly.
