Pay an Invoice

When your child’s teacher sends an invoice, you receive a notification with a link to view and pay it. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — you can pay with a credit card, debit card, or other supported payment methods.

  1. Open the invoice

You receive an email and (if enabled) a push notification when a new invoice is available. Select the link to go directly to the invoice, or find it in your dashboard:

Follow the payment link in the email you received, or ask your teacher to resend the invoice link.

  2. Review the details

    The invoice shows:

    • Student name
    • Billing period or lesson dates
    • Number of lessons included
    • Rate per lesson
    • Total amount due
    • Due date
  3. Pay the invoice

Select Pay Now. You are taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Enter your payment details:

    • Credit or debit card number
    • Expiry date and CVC
    • Billing address (if required)

Select Pay to complete the transaction.

  4. Get your receipt

After payment, you see a confirmation page. A receipt is emailed to you automatically. Paid invoices show a “Paid” badge with the payment date.

Can I pay partial amounts? No. Invoices must be paid in full. If you need to discuss a payment plan, message your teacher directly.

What payment methods are accepted? Stripe supports major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Additional methods depend on your region.

How do refunds work? If your teacher issues a refund, it is processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear.
