Export Your Data

Clefora supports data portability so you can access and export your information.

Current status

Data export is available as a backend feature but does not yet have a self-service interface in the Hub. We are working on adding a full export page.

Requesting a data export

If you need to export your data (for record-keeping, tax preparation, or account portability), contact support with your request. We can provide:

• Student records — Names, instruments, enrolment details
• Lesson history — Dates, status, and notes
• Invoice records — Amounts, dates, and payment status

Note

Under GDPR and similar data protection laws, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data. Contact support and we will process your request promptly.

Individual invoice PDFs

Individual invoice PDFs can be accessed from the Invoices page on the Hub. Open any invoice to view or print it.

Tip

For tax records, open each invoice individually and use your browser’s print function to save as PDF.
