Welcome to Clefora

Clefora is a communication platform built for music teachers and parents. It brings lesson management, progress tracking, billing, and messaging into one place so you can spend less time on admin and more time on music.

Teachers use Clefora to manage their studio: scheduling lessons, tracking student progress, setting practice goals, handling billing, and communicating with parents. Parents stay in the loop with real-time updates on their child’s lessons, upcoming exams, and practice goals.

Clefora has two main surfaces:

  • The Hub — a web dashboard where teachers and parents manage everything from a browser.
  • The mobile app — available on iOS and Android for quick access on the go.

Both surfaces stay in sync in real time. A lesson logged on the Hub appears instantly in the mobile app, and a message sent from a phone shows up on the web right away.

You are the starting point. You create your account, add students, invite parents, and manage your studio.

  1. Create your teacher account
  2. Navigate the Hub
  3. Set up the mobile app
  4. Complete your first week

Your child’s teacher invites you to Clefora. Once you accept the invitation, you can view lessons, track progress, pay invoices, and message the teacher.
