Creating your teacher account
Clefora uses Google or Apple sign-in to create your account. There are no passwords to remember — you authenticate with an account you already have.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A Google account or an Apple ID
- A desktop or mobile browser
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Go to clefora.app and select Get Started.
- Choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
- Authorize Clefora to access your name and email address.
Once you authenticate, Clefora creates your teacher account and launches the onboarding wizard.
Complete the onboarding wizard
Section titled “Complete the onboarding wizard”The onboarding wizard walks you through setting up your studio profile. You can update all of these details later from Settings, but completing them now saves time.
Step 1: Your details
Section titled “Step 1: Your details”Enter your display name and contact information. This is what parents see when they receive an invitation from you.
Step 2: Instruments taught
Section titled “Step 2: Instruments taught”Select the instruments you teach from the list. You can add as many as you like. These appear on your profile and help organize students by instrument.
Step 3: Studio details
Section titled “Step 3: Studio details”Provide your studio name, location, and a short bio. If you teach from multiple locations or online, you can note that here.
Step 4: Review and finish
Section titled “Step 4: Review and finish”Review your information and select Complete Setup. You land on your Hub dashboard, ready to start adding students and managing your studio.
