Accepting a parent invitation

Parents join Clefora through an invite code from their child’s teacher. You do not sign up on your own — your teacher generates a code and shares it with you.

  • An invite code from your child’s teacher (an 8-character code like ABCD-EFGH)
  • A Google account, an Apple ID, or an email address

Your child’s teacher generates an invite code in Clefora and shares it with you (via text, email, or in person). The code is valid for 7 days.

  1. Go to the Clefora Hub and sign in (or create an account) using Google, Apple, or email and password.
  2. When prompted, enter the invite code your teacher gave you.
  3. Your account is linked to the teacher and your child.

Once your account is active, you land on your parent dashboard. From here you can:

  • View your child’s upcoming and past lessons
  • See practice goals set by the teacher
  • Read lesson notes and track progress
  • Pay invoices sent by the teacher
  • Message the teacher directly

If the teacher has linked multiple children to your account, you can switch between them from the dashboard.

If more than one teacher invites you, each invite code adds a new teacher-student connection to your account. You use the same sign-in for all of them — there is no need to create separate accounts.

If the code does not work:

  1. Check that you entered the code correctly (it is case-insensitive, 8 characters).
  2. The code expires after 7 days. Ask your teacher to generate a new one if it has expired.
  3. Confirm with your teacher that they generated the code for the correct student.
