Navigating the Hub

The Hub is Clefora’s web dashboard. It is where teachers manage their studio and parents stay up to date on their child’s progress. This page walks you through the layout so you can find what you need quickly.

The Hub has three main areas:

  • Sidebar — Your primary navigation. It sits on the left side of the screen and links to every major section.
  • Top bar — Displays your name, notification indicators, and account menu.
  • Main content area — The central space where pages, forms, and data appear.

If you are signed in as a teacher, your sidebar includes:

If you are signed in as a parent, your sidebar includes:

DashboardOverview of your child’s upcoming lessons, practice goals, and recent activity
MusiciansView your children’s profiles, lessons, and progress
MessagesSend and receive messages with your child’s teacher
SettingsUpdate your profile and notification preferences

On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses into a menu icon in the top-left corner. Tap the icon to open the sidebar as an overlay, and tap again or select a page to close it.

The dashboard is your landing page when you sign in. It highlights what needs attention and provides quick actions so you can jump straight to common tasks.

Teacher quick actions include creating a new lesson, adding a student, and sending a message.

Parent quick actions include viewing upcoming lessons and messaging the teacher.
